• Q: Do we remove snow?
• A: Normally we do not remove snow, we plow (push) into piles.


• Q: Do we plow to pavement?
• A: When the conditions allow.


• Q: Where do we put the snow?
• A: We push it into a pile at a location specified by the owner. Snow is usualily pushed into dedicated parking stalls or piled in planters.


• Q: Do we shovel snow?
• A: Shoveling snow is not included in our per hour rates.


• Q: What is our service area?
• A: Olympia to Chehales to Montesano to Shelton to Yelm.


• Q: Will we monitor your parking lot for snow?
• A: Typically we wait for a call from the owner, but this may be negotiated.


• Q: What is our response time?
• A: Those who have a contract set up prior to the snow event get served first. Some of our contracts require our crews to be onsite within 2 hrs of the owner's phone call.


• Q: Do we guarantee our work?
• A: We promise your snow will be in a pile at a location specified by you, and to do our very best to make you happy, and to get your plowing done in a timely manner, with as little impact to you or your customers as possible.
